After David Alan, we will cross over and explore the Madison Gallery. We will pass the Art Alley right next to the famous Wonder Woman statue along the way. The Madison Gallery was founded in 2001 and features contemporary artists that are emerging, mid-career, and established artists while maintaining a high standard for the contemporary art being exhibited. Lorna York, Curator, will be able to tell us everything we need to know about their current featured artists. They can answer any questions we may have about the currently displayed pieces. Culture Brewing
We will get a mini presentation from their staff (or David Alan himself!) about their shop, history, and why they do what they do. With three levels, this is a must-see for everyone during and after the tour. Punctuating the local character of the area is Adam Carruth, a Carlsbad High School graduate who made wine in his backyard before launching Carruth Cellars. Originally focused on beer brewing, Carruth provides barrels to Culture Brewing Co., just down the street, for some of its Belgian beverages.
